Meukow

Careful attention goes into creating a bottle of Meukow. Following a double distillation, the best eaux-de-vie is selected from the six different regions that form the cognac AOC; Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Bons Bois, Fins Bois, Borderies and Bois Ordinaires, before aging in oak barrels in dark, humid cellars for at least two years where it is rigorously monitored.

When ready, the cellar master will masterfully blend eaux-de-vie of different ages in order to obtain a harmonious and aromatic nectar. This is a delicate art that requires both experience and intuition.
